Yes, you are allowed to use a professional caterer who is approved by Venue Management and offers a health grade from a commercial kitchen and provides a Certificate of Insurance. We also offer a full service catering package in-house to make planning easy. Please ask for a quote!

Yes, we do allow Live Bands to perform at The Manor at Serenade Farm. We will need to review their Band Rider for specific requirements to ensure enough power and space are provided.
The kitchen in The Manor is not available for commercial use. Your caterer may bring professional commercial grade cooking equipment to be used under a cook tent for food that needs to be finished onsite such as ovens or fryers. These items are not allowed inside. An extra food tent rental may apply. Food trucks are allowed. Refrigerators in the kitchen, garage and basement are available to store food and drinks.
Yes, you may bring beer and wine if you purchase the insurance rider from your Insurance company or ours. Liquor and distilled spirits is prohibited. Bar service must end 30 minutes prior to the end of your reception.
Yes, if approved by management. We have a list of preferred vendors that we recommend.
You must have a day of coordinator, or we can provide that service for a fee.
If you are hosting a rehearsal dinner the evening before you event, you can store and begin setting up for the event the following day. Normal setup time for the day of the event is 9:00am.
Yes, if needed we have spaces available.
Yes, we will make every attempt to have a time slot for you on the day before your wedding. You can also host a rehearsal dinner the day/night before your wedding.
We will take care of the setup of the tables and chairs before your event and break them down after. You and your vendor team are responsible for breaking down all decor and your personal items before your rental time is up. You or your caterer is responsible for collecting all food and beverage trash into the provided trash cans.
Yes, check our pricing packages for various items that come with the venue price.
Yes! We can put one over our patio or in the side yard. We do not provide the tent as part of our package, but can direct you in renting one. Please note that you will need to allow adequate time to reserve a tent. Limited availability during the Peak Seasons.
Open flames are prohibited on the grounds to protect our pine forest. We are a no smoking facility.
For smaller ceremonies, we can bring the wedding inside The Manor. For larger weddings, we can flip your tent from ceremony to reception during your cocktail hour.
We have grass parking all along our driveway. It will be marked.
We accept Credit Card, ACH or checks. Online payments will have convenience fees.
Deposit(s) may be non-refundable as per your contract determined by the date of cancellation due to our inability to re-book your date.
No, due to the fact that we are a pine forest and cannot risk forest fires.
No, we cannot allow these festive items because they are nearly impossible to clean up.
